Conidiation efficiencies of Δpmt mutants are reduced. A total of 10⁴ spores were spread on CM and CM containing 0.6 M KCl. The plates were incubated for 4 days at 30°C or 42°C and washed with 4 ml of sterile water. Conidia were counted using a hemocytometer. The asterisks indicate samples with too few conidia to count.
