Presence of equal amounts of IgG heavy chains of the immunoprecipitating rabbit (Rb) antibody was revealed using HRP-conjugated antibody to rabbit IgG (band at 50 kDa; lanes 3 and 4). The rabbit anti-PS-1 antibody can detect both, human transgene and murine wild type PS-1 NT fragments (< 30 kDa; lanes 5 and 6).
