Effect of DCMU on the degradation of H₂O₂ in the medium by Chlamydomonas cells. Cells were incubated with irradiation (white light, 70 μmol photons m⁻² s⁻¹) in the presence of 6 μM DCMU for 45 min (open triangles) or its absence (open circles) prior to addition of 2 mM H₂O₂.
