Total peptide fusion expressed is compared to the overall yield of the peptide as a function of purification method used. Peptide characteristics such as charge, isoelectric point (IEP), the number of acidic, basic, polar, and non-polar amino acid residues are also tabulated.

Acidic, Basic, Polar and Non-polar represent the number of amino acids in the 27-residue peptide that have the particular chemical characteristic.
