Angiotensin (1 mM) was incubated with Al- or Az-HNE (5 mM) at 37 °C for 1 h, then with Az- or Al-biotin (2-5 eq), Asc (50 eq), 13 (10 eq), and CuSO4 (50 eq) for 1 h.
