Actin sedimentation assays of rD. Increasing concentrations of rD were incubated with 22 μM F-actin for 1 hr at 4°C. After centrifugation for 1 h at 100,000g at 4°C, the pellets were harvested and run on SDS-PAGE gel. Lanes 1–6: Pellets of the reactions containing increasing concentrations of rD.
