LCLs (N = 20) for five pairs of age- and sex- matched subjects before and after glucose deprivation were assayed by exon array. RNA quality was assessed by Agilent prior to exon array and all samples were found to have acceptable 28S/18S ratios and RNA Integrity Numbers (RIN).
