The model shows drivers of two problems – exposure to toxics and sedentary lifestyle - in the upper portion, and health outcomes in the lower portion. The problems and the drivers are the result of dialogue with locals (in this case, teens from the Youth Center), while the outcomes are suggested by the literature.
