Comparable number of myelinated fibers in the optic nerves of tamoxifen treated Fakflox/flox and Fakflox/flox:PLP/CreERT mice at P28. Numbers of myelinated fibers were determined within entire transverse sections of optic nerves at approximately 1 mm from the lamina cribosa and as described in Fig. 2.
