Bm12 (top panel) or A/J (bottom panel) T cell-depleted stimulators were plated with flow sort purified wild-type CD44^loCD25^-CD4⁺ T cells labeled with CFSE and varying numbers of wild-type or CCR5^-/- CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tregs. After 5 days of culture, proliferation of naïve CD4 T cells was measured by CFSE dilution using flow cytometry. Samples were plated in triplicate, * p < 0.01 versus wild-type Tregs at the same dilution.
