Table 1.

A compilation of all the site mapped N-linked glycosylation sites within the consensus sequence NXS/T found on proteins in membrane fractions of MCF-7, MDA-MB-453, and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cell lines (#=deaminated asparagine, @=carboxyamidomethylation, *=oxidation, z=charge state). Only peptides with good Xcorrelation numbers (good XC: +1=1.5, +2=2.0, +3=2.5 and rigorous XC +1=1.9, +2=2.5, +3=3.5) were chosen and manually inspected.
