The expression, as quantified by ΔCt via qPCR, of trypsin-like serine protease relative to β-actin (the control gene) in the saline- and ejacsp-dsRNA-injected males (gray and open bars, respectively) for the male reproductive accessory gland (A), testis (B), digestive tract (C), and thorax (D). Significant knockdown only occurred in the male accessory gland. Sample size equals 11 in both treatments for all tissue types.
