Genome organizations of ToLCV and the viral amplicon (VA). (B) The map of the viral amplicon cloned in pCAMBIA1391Z vector backbone (designated as VA/pCAMBIA1391Z), where the positions of the cloned fragments and of the various restriction sites are shown. The 2.6 kb episome spanning the region CR to AC3 and another CR, released through RCR on infiltration of the plants by above plasmid is schematized.
