Levels of Fluoro-Jade stained area in slices co-incubated with 0, 30, 100, or 300 μM DTG and subjected to normoxia or OGD and normalized to OGD vehicle samples. While no concentrations tested decreased Fluoro-Jade staining, 300 μM DTG significantly increased Fluoro-Jade stained area in slices subjected to OGD compared to those incubated with media alone.
