The effect of heating on Western blot analysis of HsPCFT. Equal amounts of lysate (30 µg) were incubated in the loading buffer with DTT at the indicated temperatures for 10 min before loading onto the SDS-gel. The blots were probed with a polyclonal peptide antibody directed to the C-terminus of HsPCFT. The numbers on the left indicate the molecular sizes of protein bands. The blot is representative of three separate experiments.
