Nude mice implanted with MDA-MB-435-GFP tumor cells show increased peptide binding relative to control. Nude mice (n=5 per group) were injected with MDA-MB-435-GFP tumor cells and were given vehicle control, 4 mg/kg, or 40 mg/kg of sunitinib once daily for five consecutive days. Peptide-dye complexes were injected 4 hours after the fifth day of treatment. A, Mice were imaged 48 hours after initial peptide injection. B, Radiance of groups treated with control or 40 mg/kg were quantified and significant difference was observed on day 5 post-treatment (*P < 0.05).
