Statistical results, hazard analysis for Metastisis Free Survival, Time to Local Failure, and Overall Survival. Summary of Cox proportional hazard ratio analysis showing significant perfusion/permeability predictors of clinical outcome determined with signal based DCE-MRI. The pre washout rate was predictive for metastasis free survival and overall survival while AUC t-max was predictive in time to local failure. For the post image analysis all the AUC calculation and the washin rates were predictive of metastasis free survival and overall survival. The pre pHe, the difference in pHe between pre and post therapy, and heating duration were also predictive of metastasis free survival and overall survival. (overall survival = overall survival, MFS = metastasis free survival, TFL = tumor local failure, pHe = extracellular pH, pHi = interstitial pH)
