Presentation of case 1. A and B : Brain computed tomography scan shows subarachnoid hemorrhage with anterior communication artery aneurysm. C : Digital subtraction angiogram shows saccular aneurysmal sac at anterior communicating artery aneurysm, which is embolized with detachable coils. D and E : During coil embolization, thromboembolic clot occlude ipsilateral anterior cerebral artery (A2). With thrombolysis with urokinase (200,000 unit) and Reopro (10 mg), occluded artery is successfully recanalized.
