High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) traces in the synthesis of [125I]4 from 3 (A) and [125I]iodoDPA-713 ([125I]1) (B). Retention times for [125I]4 and [125I]1 were 22.8 and 15.5 min, respectively. The radiochemical yield of [125I]1 was 44 ± 6% with a specific radioactivity of 51.8 GBq/μmol (1,400 mCi/μmol) and > 99% radiochemical purity.
