Where multiple copies of the arsC were present within a strain, the copies are designated as C-1, C-2 or C-3 based upon their location within the operon shown in Figure 5. The dendrogram illustrates that the arsC copies within the same strain are different from each other and that the arsC sequences from Groups I, II and VI strains differ.
