Time-resolved absorption spectra obtained following the mixing of deoxy hIDO (A) or hTDO (B) with O2-containing buffer in the presence of L-Trp in a stopped-flow system. The time-dependent spectra in (A) and (B) were obtained in the 0 to 20 s and 0 to 4 s time window, respectively. The inset in (B) shows the data obtained in the 4 to 10 s time window.
