M = 2^−ΔΔCT_phzM, L = 2⁻^ΔΔCT_lasI, and P = 2⁻^ΔΔCT_ptsP (normalized amounts of cDNA from the phzM, lasI, and ptsP genes in different strains relative to that in wild-type Pseudomonas sp. strain M18 at 28°C; ΔΔC_T = mean ΔC_T − mean ΔC_T_{, M18} at 28°C).
