Athymic mice bearing human tumour xenografts were injected (i.v.) with ¹¹¹In-panitumumab (∼7.5 µCi). The mice were killed by exsanguination; the tumour, blood and tissues were removed, weighed, and the radioactivity measured. The values represent the average percentage of injected dose per gram of tissue (%ID·g⁻¹) with standard deviations.
