Cells cultured on coverslips were incubated with specific NF-κB p65 antibody and then incubated with Cy-3 conjugated secondary antibody; the nucleus was stained with DAPI. A negative control was obtained by omitting NF-κB p65 antibody. (Magnification: 200×). (B and C) Effect of Ucn2 on NF-κB phosphorylation determined by Western blot. Results are presented as the means ± SEM of values taken from three independent cultures. *P < 0.05, versus LPS group.
