After iTRAQ analysis, the down-regulation of glucose-regulated protein (GRP78) in MCF7RR cells (2.9-fold decrease) and MDA-MB-231RR cells (2.0-fold decrease) relative to their parents (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231, respectively) was confirmed by Western blot analysis. Each band was quantitated by densitometry using Quantity One software (Bio-Rad) and normalized to a GAPDH loading control.
