Note. A listing of a subset of genes whose mRNA abundances were altered by Ahr genotype in both kidney and liver. The Entrez Gene ID is a stable gene identifier. The M values give the fold-changes of differential abundance in log2 space. For example, the M (Liver) of 3.74 for Adi1 indicates a 13.4-fold increase in abundance in the liver of animals with a wild-type Ahr relative to Ahr−/− animals. p Values have been subjected to a false-discovery rate adjustment for multiple testing.
