Fifty-eight biomarkers representing multiple biological pathways were tested in the initial study using the Inter99 cohort.¹⁴ The PreDx DRS logistic regression model comprises six biomarkers previously identified the—adiponectin, C-reactive protein, ferritin, fasting glucose, insulin, and interleukin-2 receptor alpha—plus HbA1c. Assays for these biomarkers markers, shown in large, boldface type, were developed for use in a clinical laboratory.
