Dynamic light scattering was used to monitor time-dependent fluctuations (correlograms) in scattered light intensity for samples of hu3S193 Fab (∼15 µM) in the presence of: A) ZnCl₂; and, B) MgCl₂. Final concentrations of the divalent metal ions were 0 µM (short dash), 10 µM (dash-dot), 20 µM (dots), 40 µM (dash) and 50 µM (solid).
