Closed circles and open circles indicate DMPO spin adducts of ·OH (DMPO-OH) and O2·− (DMPO-OOH), respectively. In the top figure, closed circles and open circles indicate DMPO spin adducts of ·OH (DMPO-OH) and O2·− (DMPO-OOH), respectively. The signal other than DMPO-OH and DMPO-OOH is DMPO-CR that is an adduct of carbon-center radical derived from DMSO used as a solvent of MyA. DMPO-CR, which is produced by a chemical reaction between DMSO and ·OH, has six-line spectrum with the hfcc of aN = 1.64, aH = 2.24 [27].
