Regulation of ex vivo IL-17 production of MOG TCR Tg T cells by CD4⁺CD25⁺LAP⁺ cells and CD4⁺CD25⁺LAP⁻ cells. CD25⁻ and CFSE-labeled MOG TCR Tg Thy1.1⁺ T cells (3 × 10⁵) were transferred alone or together with CD4⁺CD25⁺LAP⁺ or CD4⁺CD25⁺LAP⁻ cells into B6 (Thy1.2⁺) mice. Two days later, recipients were immunized with 50 μg of MOG_35–55 peptide in CFA. Mice were killed 5 days after immunization, and cells from draining lymph nodes were harvested and stained for intracellular IL-17. Numbers next to boxed areas indicate the frequency of IL-17⁺ cells among CD4⁺Thy1.1⁺ cells. Frequencies are representative of three mice per group.
