(A) Threefold serial dilutions of the indicated strains (starting with approximately 500 cells) were spotted on YES medium and incubated at 30°C, 37°C, and 37°C plus 5% CO₂ for 3 days and 37°C plus 5% CO₂ plus 1% O₂ for 5 days.
