Typhimurium and its isogenic phoQ, spiC, or phoQ spiC mutant control recovered from untreated or IFN-γ-treated macrophages from immunocompetent C57BL/6 (B6) (A) or iNOS/ (iNOS) (B) mice was recorded 20 h after infection.
