A bootstrap test with 1,000 repetitions was performed, and values above 75% are indicated. The sequences were compared to the sequences of E. granulosus sensu lato genotypes G1, G3, G6, and G7 and E. multilocularis genotypes M1 and M2 reported by Bowles et al. (5, 6). When a sequence showed mutations compared to the sequence of the reference genotype, these mutations and their positions in this genotype are indicated in brackets.
