Phylogenetic analyses were conducted with the MEGA program (version 4). There were a total of 270 positions in the final data set. The dendrogram is drawn to scale, with the sum of the branch lengths between two subvariants representing the proportion of amino acid differences between those subvariants within the pairwise alignment.
