Induction of IFN-β mRNA during HRV1a infection in cells with reduced IRF-3. mi-L1221 or mi-IRF-3 cells were infected with HRV1a or SeV, total cellular RNA was harvested at the times indicated, and IFN-β mRNA was detected by SYBR green qRT-PCR.
