Graph represents the outcome of high-performance liquid chromatography analysis of NA, dopamine (DA), and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) levels (mean ± SEM, n = 8). LC stimulation resulted in a selective increase in the concentration of NA measured in the dialysate.
