Antitumor efficacy of PC-046 in SCID mice. 10 × 106 MiaPaCa-2 cells in MatriGel were implanted subcutaneously into the flanks of SCID mice. Mice were randomized on day 6 (arrow) and then injected with vehicle alone or 44 or 55 mg/kg/day PC-046 intraperitoneally daily for 5 consecutive days. Mean tumor burden is shown. Mean ± S.D.
