The odds ratio is for the tested allele (see Supplementary Datafile 2). Supplementary Datafile 1 contains results for all SNPs with P < 0.001, and full gene names. Results of an additional exploratory analysis that combined the two datasets are summarized in Supplementary Results B1b, Table S18 and Supplementary Datafile 1.
