Crystals of the Ser/Thr kinase Stk1 (373–575) from S. aureus containing three PASTA subunits. Crystals were obtained by the hanging-drop vapour-diffusion method and grew to dimensions of 0.3 × 0.3 × 0.2 mm within three weeks.
