Evidence of increased nitrosative stress in colons of Gstp-null ApcMin mice. Alcian blue staining of goblet cells shows equivalent numbers of goblet cells in the colons of both (A) Gstp-wt ApcMin and (B) Gstp-null ApcMin mice (magnification ×200). Significantly increased levels of nitrotyrosine staining was present in the colon of (D) Gstp-null ApcMin relative to (C) Gstp-wt ApcMin mice following immunohistochemical staining.
