SST increases CD147 membrane expression in Caco2 cells. CD147-green fluorescent protein (GFP)-transfected Caco2 cells were treated with 25 nM of SST for 30 min. The membrane fractions were subjected to 10% SDS-PAGE and probed with specific mouse monoclonal GFP antibody to detect CD147 expression (tagged to GFP) (A).
