(B) Suppression of the endogenous AS3 mRNA by the induction of the antisense transcript in the A4 cells. Lane 4, detection of the endogenous AS3 mRNA in conditions where the antisense transcript was suppressed by tet; lane 5, induction of the antisense RNA by tet withdrawal inhibited the expression of the endogenous AS3 mRNA.
