RACs were preincubated with medium or an inhibitor of PI3K/Akt1 (LY294002), NF-κB (MG-132), MAPK (PD98059), or GSK-3 (SB216763) at the indicated concentrations for 2 h and then incubated with 100 ng/ml IL-17 for 24 h and the supernatant collected for measurement of IL-6, TNF-α, and CCL2 protein by ELISA.
