Elevated surface expression levels of integrin αV in integrin αIIb-deficient BMMCs were reduced by transduction with integrin αIIb. A and B, integrin αIIb-deficient BMMCs (A) or BW5147 cells (B) were transduced with integrin αIIb(WT), αIIb(D163A) mutant, or mock. Surface expression levels of integrin αIIb or integrin αV in these transfectants were analyzed by flow cytometry. Mean fluorescent intensities of staining were indicated.
