Ser-251 of FoxM1b is required for its efficient association with the co-activator CBP. U2OS cells were transfected with T7-FoxM1b WT or S251A expression plasmids. Endogenous CBP was immunoprecipitated with a monoclonal CBP antibody and the immunocomplexes were subjected to Western blot analysis with antibodies specific to T7 tag or CBP.
