CDK1 is required for nocodazole-induced Rad53 phosphorylation. A, exponentially growing cdc28-as1 cells were treated for 3 h (lane N) with nocodazole (15 μg/ml). 1NMPP1 (dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)) was then added to one-half of the culture.
