A, MCF-7 cells were incubated with 10 nm E₂ or vehicle control for 24 h, and whole cell extracts were prepared, and PP1, PP2A, and PP5 expression in the cells were analyzed by Western blot. B, PP5 mRNA level was detected by real time PCR after 12 h of incubation with E₂ or vehicle control and was normalized to actin mRNA.
