PKCδ signaling is more robust at the NHERF-1 scaffold. MDCK cells overexpressing δCKAR and NHERF-1 (A), δCKAR-PDZ alone (B), or δCKAR-PDZ and NHERF-1 (C) were treated with 200 nm PDBu followed by addition of 250 nm Gö 6983, and the ratio of cyan emission to yellow emission was monitored with time.
