Table 1.

ANOVA univariate test results for the four activity components: (1) ambulatory activity, (2) number of rearings, (3) horizontal stereotypic activity, and (4) vertical stereotypic activity. These components were analyzed in terms of their dependence on three factors: (1) genotype (Ts65Dn × euploid control), (2) light cycle (light × dark), (3) genetic background (B6C3 × B6C3.B). In addition, we analyzed the interaction between genetic background and light cycle.
