(a) The most global differences in both turns/sec and amplitude were noted between nulligravidas and antepartum primigravidas. After vaginal delivery, number of turns/sec declined further, yielding a further decline in the ratio of turns/amplitude that persisted at 6 months post partum.
(b) Median QOL pelvic floor distress inventory scores indicated more distress in antepartum primigravidas than nulligravidas. Post partum, distress scores improved significantly only in the urinary domain.
